This recipe tastes indulgent but is secretly full of nutrients: spinach for greens, hemp seeds for healthy fats, and cacao nibs for that satisfying choc-chip crunch. It's the perfect quick breakfast, snack, or post-workout treat - especially during the festive season when fresh mint is abundant and everyone is craving something a little more fun and flavourful.

Ingredients 

1 large frozen banana

1/2 cup spinach

Handful of fresh mint

2 tbsp Second Nature French Vanilla Protein Powder

2 tbsp cacao nibs or chocolate chips

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1/4 cup plant based milk

Method

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add more liquid and scrape down the sides of the blender.
