Ingredients
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup Second Nature's Double Choc Fudge Protein Powder
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup coconut cream
For the topping
100g dark chocolate
1/4 cup coconut cream
2 candy canes
Method
Add all of the brownie ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine. Add to a slice or loaf tin and evenly spread.
Melt the chocolate and extra coconut cream together and pour over the brownie.
Smash the candy canes and sprinkle on top. Place in the freezer to set for 2 hours, slice and store in the fridge.
