Ingredients 

2 cups almond meal / flour

1/2 cup Second Natures Salted Caramel Cookie Protein Powder

1/2 cup almond butter

12 medjool dates, pitted and soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes

1/4 cup plant based milk

30g dark chocolate, finely chopped


Method

Add all of the ingredients (excluding the dark chocolate) to a food processor and bend until a cookie dough texture has appeared - add more milk if the mixture is too dry.

Add to a bowl and mix in the chocolate. Roll into gold ball sized balls and store in the fridge.
