Made with wholesome oats, flax seeds, and our Double Choc Fudge Protein Powder, they’re the perfect way to fuel your day while still satisfying that chocolate craving. Stack them high, drizzle with maple syrup, and top with your favourite fruit or yogurt for a breakfast that feels indulgent but keeps you energised long after the last bite.

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats, blended into flour

1/2 cup plain flour

2 heaped tbsp Second Nature’s Double Choc Fudge Protein Powder

1 tsp baking powder

1 heaped tbsp ground flax seeds

1 1/4 cup plant based milk, add more if needed


Method

Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Add 2 tbsp to a hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes each side.

Serve with stewed berries, banana, yogurt and maple syrup.
