Birthday Cake Protein Bars

Ingredients
2 cups almond meal/flour
1 cup Second Nature French Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup peanut butter
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup milk of choice
sprinkles
150g dark chocolate, melted
Method
Add all of the ingredients (excluding the chocolate) to a bowl and mix well to combine.
Pour into a lined loaf tin and press down firmly. Place in the freezer while you melt your chocolate. Pour the melted chocolate on top of the slice and spread evenly, top with a few more sprinkles and place in the fridge to set for an hour.
Slice and store in the fridge.
