Chocolate Protein Pudding
If you’re looking for a sweet chocolatey treat with all of the benefits you have to try this rich Chocolate Pudding. We love it fresh out of the oven with a little ice cream or yogurt.
1 cup plain flour, gluten free optional
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 cup plant based milk
1/2 cup yogurt of choice
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Add the flour Double Choc Fudge Protein Powder, cacao powder, baking soda and salt to a bowl and mix together.
Add int he coconut sugar, milk and yogurt and mix well again. Finally, add the chocolate chips and fold through.
Tip into a baking dish and bake in the oven for 15 minutes - more if needed.
