Protein Yogurt Bowl
Having a balanced breakfast is something we strive for everyday to help keep us satisfied and satiated throughout the day. This bowl is beyond easy and you can really top it with any fruit, granola or nut butter you have handy.
Ingredients
1/2 cup yogurt
2 Tbsp Salted Caramel Cookie Protein Powder
1 banana, sliced
Handful raspberries
Handful blueberries
1/3 cup granola
1 Tbsp peanut butter
Method
Ad the yogurt and protein powder to a bowl and mix well to combine.
Top with the banana, berries, granola and peanut butter.
