Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
The perfect autumn recipe. Pumpkin and butternut can be so versatile, it makes for a great base in a smoothie, creating a delicious thick texture.
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen cooked pumpkin or pumpkin puree
2 Tbsp French Vanilla Second Nature protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1-2 tbsp hemp seeds, optional
1/4 cup plant based milk
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve with granola.
