Coconut Banana Bread
You really can’t go wrong with a homemade banana bread. Especially when it’s packed with fibre and wholesome ingredients like oats and our delicious French Vanilla Pea Protein.
3 bananas, mashed
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
3/4 cup oat flour
1/2 cup French Vanilla Second - Nature Protein Powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 banana, sliced in half
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Add the mashed bananas, maple syrup and coconut oil to a bowl and mix well to combine.
Add in the oat flour, French Vanilla Second - Nature Protein Powder, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix well to combine.
Finally add the chocolate chips and mix again. Tip into a loaf tin and top with a sliced banana. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
Leave to cool then slice.
