Chocolate Mousse
The most incredible, silky smooth, high protein dessert recipe. You wouldn’t believe that it’s made with tofu!
Ingredients
400g silken tofu
100g dark chocolate, melted
2 heaped Tbsp Double Choc Fudge Protein Powder
1 tbsp maple syrup, optional
Method
Add the tofu to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour in the melted chocolate and protein powder, maple syrup and continue blending. Add a little soy milk if it has trouble blending.
Pour into two glasses and set in the fridge for an hour.
