Choc Chunk Cookies
These cookies disappear so quickly in our house. They’re incredibly delicious and packed with nourishing ingredients by our French Vanilla protein powder.
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
3 tbsp water
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
⅓ cup maple syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond meal or flour
⅓ cup French Vanilla Protein Powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chunks
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. Mix together the ground flax seeds and water and set aside for 5 minutes.
To a bowl add the coconut oil, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla and flax seed mixture to a bowl and mix well.
Add in the almond meal, French Vanilla protein powder, baking soda and salt and fold everything through to combine. Finally add the chocolate chunks and mix together.
Roll into gold ball sized balls, place on a lined baking tray, shape into cookies and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden.
