Pretty Pink Smoothie

Possibly the prettiest smoothie I've ever made?? 💖

Bright, fruity and almost too pretty to drink, this one has serious pitaya vibes without needing any dragon fruit. Packed with raspberries, protein and a scoop of creatine, it's the perfect way to make your morning feel a little more fun.

Ingredients:

1/2 Banana

1.5 Cups of Frozen Raspberries

1 tsp of Second Nature Peach Ice Tea Creatine Monohydrate

2 tbsp of Second Nature French Vanilla Protein Powder

1 Cup of Coconut Water

3 tbsp of Yoghurt

 

Method:

  1. Add the banana, frozen raspberries, French Vanilla Protein Powder, Peach Ice Tea Creatine Monohydrate, coconut water and yoghurt to your favourite blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. If your smoothie is a little too thick, simply add a splash more coconut water until it reaches your preferred consistency.
  3. Pour into your favourite glass, pop in a straw and enjoy immediately while it's ice cold.

Optional:

Top with a few fresh raspberries or a banana slice if you're feeling fancy (it tastes just as good either way).
