Pretty Pink Smoothie
Possibly the prettiest smoothie I've ever made?? 💖
Bright, fruity and almost too pretty to drink, this one has serious pitaya vibes without needing any dragon fruit. Packed with raspberries, protein and a scoop of creatine, it's the perfect way to make your morning feel a little more fun.

Ingredients:
1/2 Banana
1.5 Cups of Frozen Raspberries
1 tsp of Second Nature Peach Ice Tea Creatine Monohydrate
2 tbsp of Second Nature French Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup of Coconut Water
3 tbsp of Yoghurt
Method:
- Add the banana, frozen raspberries, French Vanilla Protein Powder, Peach Ice Tea Creatine Monohydrate, coconut water and yoghurt to your favourite blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy. If your smoothie is a little too thick, simply add a splash more coconut water until it reaches your preferred consistency.
- Pour into your favourite glass, pop in a straw and enjoy immediately while it's ice cold.
Optional:
Top with a few fresh raspberries or a banana slice if you're feeling fancy (it tastes just as good either way).
