For the cookie dough
1½ cups almond meal/flour
½ cup Second Nature Salted Caramel Cookie Protein Powder
¼ cup honey
½ cup coconut cream
¼ cup coconut oil
Handful of chocolate chips
For the topping
150g dark chocolate
⅓ cup coconut cream
Method
Add all of the cookie dough ingredients to a bowl and mix well until a smooth, cookie-dough consistency forms.
Transfer the mixture into a slice or loaf tin and press down evenly.
Melt the dark chocolate and coconut cream together, stirring until glossy and smooth. Pour the chocolate topping over the cookie dough base.
Place in the freezer for 2 hours, or until set.
Slice and store in the freezer or fridge.
