Extra Chocolatey Protein Chia Pudding
Meal prepping breakfast has honestly been a life saver lately - especially on busy mornings when you still want something nourishing and delicious. This extra chocolatey chia pudding is loaded with fibre, healthy fats, and a solid hit of protein thanks to our Second Nature Double Choc Fudge Protein.
It takes just a few minutes to prep the night before, then it’s ready and waiting for you in the fridge. Creamy, chocolatey, and endlessly customisable with your favourite toppings - this one’s a keeper.

Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
3 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt (or yoghurt of choice)
1/3 cup milk of choice
1 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
1 heaped tbsp Second Nature Double Choc Fudge Protein
Maple syrup or agave, to taste
Method
Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar.
Stir well until fully combined, making sure there are no dry pockets of chia seeds. Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or for a minimum of 4 hours) to thicken.
Give it a good stir before serving and top with your favourite fruit, berries, nut butter, cacao nibs, or a sprinkle of nuts and seeds for extra crunch.
