Cookie Dough Bites
The easiest most delicious protein treat. Packed with all of the good stuff like oats, peanut butter and our French Vanilla Protein Powder.
Ingredients
1 cup oats, blended into flour
1/4 cup French Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/3 cup chocolate chips, optional
For the topping
80g dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
Method
Line a loaf or slice tin with baking paper. Add all of the bar ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp of the mixture into a silicon mini muffin tin and press down the mixture. Place in the fridge to set.
Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together. Drizzle over the top of the bars and place back in the fridge or freezer to set for 2 hours.
PSA if you don't have a mini muffin tin you can easily make these into bars instead.
