6 Ingredient Chocolate Mug Cake

The easiest high protein dessert to whip together. We love it straight out of the oven paired with extra chocolate chips and vanilla ice cream. 


3 tbsp flour 

2 tbsp Second Nature Double Choc Fudge Protein Powder

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp sugar of choice

3/4 cup plant based milk

Chocolate Chips


Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

Add the flour, protein powder, baking powder and sugar to a bowl and mix to combine. Add in the milk and mix again. Finally add in the chocolate chips and mix through. 

Pour into a ramekin and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
