Chocolate Sesame Protein Balls
I’ve officially entered full “about to have a baby” meal-prep mode, and these chocolate sesame protein balls have become a non-negotiable in the fridge. Ingredients
1 cup almond meal
1 cup oat flour
½ cup cacao powder
½ cup Second Nature Double Choc Fudge Protein
12 dates, soaked in boiling water
¼ cup black sesame seeds
¼ cup coconut milk
3 tbsp agave or maple syrup
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until well combined. Roll into golf-ball sized balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
