Cookie Dough Stuffed Dates
These cookie dough stuffed dates are the perfect afternoon pick me up treats. Packed with fibre and protein so not only are they delicious they’re also full of nutrients.
Ingredients
8-10 medjool dates
1/2 cup ground almonds
3 Tbsp Salted Cookie Caramel Second - Nature Protein Powder
5 tbsp plant based milk
30g dark chocolate, melted
Method
Cut and remove the pit from the dates.
Add the ground almonds, salted caramel protein powder and milk to a bowl and mix well to combine.
Add 1 tsp of the mixture into each date.
Drizzle over the melted chocolate. Store in the fridge or freezer.
