Blueberry Smoothie
This blueberry smoothie is the perfect way to start the day. Packed with all the antioxidants, healthy fats and plant based protein to keep you full until lunch time.
Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 Tbsp French Vanilla Second - Nature Protein Powder
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 cup plant based milk
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
