Blended Chocolate Oats

This recipe is basically chocolate pudding in breakfast form… and we’re not mad about it. It’s rich, creamy, packed with fibre and plant-based protein, and comes together in minutes. Think overnight oats, but faster and smoother.
With a base of rolled oats, chia seeds, and double choc fudge protein powder, this bowl keeps you full and energised, while cacao powder brings that deep, chocolatey hit we all crave.
Blending the oats gives it that silky, pudding-like texture — perfect for a cosy start to the day or a post-workout treat.

Layer it up with a dollop of yogurt, sliced banana, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cacao nibs for crunch. Fresh berries add a pop of colour and a tart contrast that balances everything out.

Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
2 heaped Second Nature tbsp Double Choc Fudge Protein Powder
1 tbsp cacao powder
3/4 - 1 cup soy milk
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and bend until almost smooth. Pour into a bowl.
Serve with yogurt, banana, maple syrup and cacao nibs.
