Protein Brownie Balls

We love having healthy high protein snacks on hand. These chocolate balls of goodness are perfect for that afternoon pick me up and packed with all the good stuff, including our Double Choc Fudge Protein Powder. 

 

8 medjool dates, pitted and soaked for 5 minutes

1 cup oat flour

1 cup almond meal / flour

1/2 cup Second Nature Double Choc Fudge Protein Powder

1/3 cup cacao powder

1 cup almond butter

1/3 cup maple syrup

Pinch of salt

2-5 tbsp plant based milk (depending on consistency)

100g dark chocolate, chopped

 

Add all of the ingredients except the chocolate to a strong blender or food processor (adding the milk slowly as needed)

Add in the chopped chocolate and blend again until the mixture holds together. 

Roll into golf ball sized balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
