This is such a delicious way to start the day. A perfect high protein recipe, that you can meal prep. It’s also a great alternative to overnight oats.
2-3 weatbix, broken into pieces
1 cup plant based milk
2 Tbsp Salted Caramel Cookie Second - Nature protein powder
2-3 tbsp yogurt of choice
Add the weatbix to a bowl and break into pieces.
Add the protein and milk to a protein shaker and shake until blended together.
Pour the milk over the weatbix, making sure they are all are covered. Top with the yogurt, spreading evenly over the weatbix. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
The next morning top with fresh berries, peanut butter, honey and hemp seeds.
